Using the app
FitTimer is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control. You may not resell or redistribute it, and you may not attempt to circumvent the limits of the free tier.
Your workouts are yours
The exercise sets and workout history you create belong to you. They stay on your device, we claim no rights over them, and we could not use them even if we wanted to — we never receive them.
Free and PRO
The free tier includes the complete timer, unlimited workouts and your full history. It caps you at three saved sets and the first option in each audio picker, and it is supported by advertising. PRO removes every one of those limits: unlimited saved sets, all five cue sounds, all five soundtracks, and no ads anywhere in the app.
Ads in the free tier
Free users see one full-screen ad when a workout ends, and nowhere else. Nothing interrupts a workout in progress. Ads are supplied by Google's advertising network, so we do not choose, review or control which ad you are shown; if you see something inappropriate, tell us at the address below and we will report it to Google.
The PRO subscription
PRO is an auto-renewing subscription, offered as a monthly plan or a yearly plan. The price for your region is shown in the app and confirmed by the store in your local currency before you buy. Payment is charged to your Google Play or App Store account when you confirm the purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before that period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before it does. You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in your Google Play or App Store account settings — not in FitTimer, which cannot see or change your billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the period you have already paid for runs to its end.
Free trials and introductory offers
Where a free trial or introductory price is offered, it is available once per store account, and it converts into a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends. If you buy a subscription part-way through a free trial, any unused portion of that trial is forfeited.
Price changes and refunds
Prices may change. The store will tell you before a change affects a renewal and will seek your agreement where its rules require it. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the App Store under their own policies; we cannot issue, approve or reverse a charge on your behalf.
When a subscription ends
Nothing you made is deleted. Saved sets above the free limit remain readable and can still be run — you are simply unable to add new ones until you are back under the cap. A PRO cue sound or soundtrack you had already selected keeps playing, though you will not be able to change it to another PRO option. Ads return.
Health and safety
FitTimer is a timing tool. It is not medical advice, fitness instruction or a training programme, and it does not know anything about your health or ability. Train within your limits, consult a qualified professional before starting a new programme, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for your own safety while exercising.
Cues are a convenience, not a guarantee
Sound and vibration cues depend on your device — its volume, silent switch, do-not-disturb setting, connected headphones and battery optimisation can all delay or silence them. Do not rely on FitTimer where a missed cue would put you at risk.
No warranty
FitTimer is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. We aim to keep it working and to fix faults, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device and operating system version.
Changes to the app and these terms
Features may change between versions. If these terms change materially, the updated version will be published here with a new date, and announced in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use FitTimer after that means you accept the change.
